the plot in no way represented the actual story. It seems like you just watched the really bad movie released about a year or two ago without actually reading the book.

a few are actually necessary

Most of these laws are ridiculous but some are actually useful and necessaryfor instance milking someone else's cow. the milk is necessary for the rancher to earn money (there are a lot of cattle ranches in texas) and if someone else milks it that is robbery.
the part about a horse in the town square is outdated, but it made sense at a time. horses shit when they walk so it is a huge sanitation issue. shortly after the car was available to the general public there were both horses and cars in wide use. they banned horses in public areas to be replaced by cars. it is unnecessary today but that is probably an old law.
horses with tail lights is a safety issue so a car behind it won't crash into it.

there are a couple others that make sense but most of them are ridiculous.

very good point

submitting a flash without spending the time to make it great is a disgrace to newgrounds, flash videos, and flash makers/viewers everywhere. this has to stop. think about your plot. work hard to refine your video to the best possible quality. make a good flash don't throw something together in three minutes.

the littering one makes sense because of the enviornmental crisis, and the one about pissing on an elevator because it can cause damage

some of them are ridiculous though like the one about walking nude in your house or w/e

Yeah but the point is do you need to make a law about prohibiting people to piss in the lift? Isn't it already accepted as an offence by most people? That's my main question. Glad you enjoyed reading it. :D

Yeah, but I was too anxious to submit, and if I had had to work on it for a whole friggin' year, I would've either given up, or then completed it and become a crazy obsessed hermit in the process...

very good

kept very close to the original madness themes but two things i didn't like (not bad enough to take away 10/10 5/5 but still bad)

1. No posters
when watching madness i spend a lot of time freezing every frame reading them all this didn't have that

2. too short

1. Yes, there was one poster, in hell. Not exactly a poster but it said "tricky, wanted"
well, i know was lacking of posters, i promise you to put a looooot of poster, ok?

2. Was not too short. At the begining was about 4 minutos at 30 fps, but was very slow, then i reduce the file and increased the frame rate, because of that its quite short.
