Good animation, good concept, well put together. 10/10 5/5
On economic theory:
Every economic system has its pros and cons. Socialism has the advantage of equal wealth throughout the society, allowing for the poor to live decent lives unlike in capitalist societies where the wealth is usually concentrated in a small portion of the population (1% of the US population controls 56% of the wealth)
However, I oppose communism because of some flaws with the theory. For instance, it is too easy to abuse. What has happened in almost all communist societies is that, against the original communist theory, the leaders of the nation will not spread the wealth evenly and give a large amount to themselves, their friends, and their relatives. Another major problem is the lack of occupational freedom. You are rarely as free to choose an occupation as you are in a capitalist society. You cannot as easily change careers halfway through your life (still difficult in capitalist societies though).
However, one thing that I despise is that both capitalist and communist societies do not understand each other. Most people living in capitalist nations simply think of communism as the people being tortured in dungeons by Hitler (who wasn't even a communist.) Most communists think of capitalism as everyone being tortured in a dungeon by Bill Gates.

the plot in no way represented the actual story. It seems like you just watched the really bad movie released about a year or two ago without actually reading the book.

the quality of this series is astounding. if i didn't know better i would think that you have a budget of hundreds of millions

one thing that is a bit cliched though is the fact that the girl was never shot. Everyone around her must have either really bad aim, or really good aim and intentionally missing. With that many bullets flying around it would be nearly impossible not to get hit by a ricochet even if no one is aiming at you. It is a common feature of action movies that the # of bullets flying around is inversely proportional to the likelyhood of the protagonist getting hit, but it kis kind of put to a new extreme in this flash.

Still an excellent flash though. Excelent work.

very rarely do i see a flash in which nearly every aspect is superb. If there is a single flash worthy of 10/10 5/5 this is it.

I'm curious though, what happened to the rest of the world? What nations are involved in the war? I would assume that the US has allies in the European union, United Arab Emerates, Japan, South Korea, Canada, most sub-saharan African nations, parts of latin america, and maybe China, but what sides were the other nations on? This flash focuses almost entirely on the US. That isn't necessarily a problem, but i'm curious as to how the rest of the world fares.

Fabulous flash though, the quality is truly astonishing. This is the type of thing i would expect from the mainstream media with a budget of several hundred million dollars.

I know you have a cheap mike, but you can download free software from the internet to solve those problems. keep your head far away from the mike to avoid popping

2. volume too soft

Just get ordinary sound editing software from the web amplify and use spectral subtraction to remove the resulting noise

3. pics are crappy

you shouldn't draw something at 2 am and submit it to newgrounds. refine something until it is worthy of submission before you submit it

4. animation is crappy

same as number 3

to answer a question you asked in the last law

"who would give permission to someone to set fire to their house" (paraphrased)

When a house is going to be demolished and a new one built up in it's place it is common for people to give permission to firemen to practice in the house by setting it on fire and then trying to put it our. the owner of the house about to be demolished would grant permission

a few are actually necessary

Most of these laws are ridiculous but some are actually useful and necessaryfor instance milking someone else's cow. the milk is necessary for the rancher to earn money (there are a lot of cattle ranches in texas) and if someone else milks it that is robbery.
the part about a horse in the town square is outdated, but it made sense at a time. horses shit when they walk so it is a huge sanitation issue. shortly after the car was available to the general public there were both horses and cars in wide use. they banned horses in public areas to be replaced by cars. it is unnecessary today but that is probably an old law.
horses with tail lights is a safety issue so a car behind it won't crash into it.

there are a couple others that make sense but most of them are ridiculous.
